At Papa’s Pizza, we strive to give you the freshest and tastiest pizza available with a wide variety of toppings at affordable prices. We use only the most wholesome and natural ingredients with no additives, preservatives, nor artificial coloring. Our dough is made fresh several times a day. Our sauces and Pizza are made fresh daily in-store, not prepackaged. We use only 100% real cheese. People assume just because our pizzas taste better, are loaded with larger topping portions, and offer a wider variety of gourmet toppings (items such as red bell peppers, BBQ or oven roasted chicken, sun dried tomatoes, Feta or fresh chesses, artichoke hearts, etc.), we must be more expensive. Not true!! Stop by and find out what so many loyal customers have found out, that "WE ONLY TASTE EXPENSIVE!".
Each pizza is carefully prepared to order beginning with our hand-tossed dough. This may take more time (we appreciate your patience) but we feel it is worth it. We may not be the biggest pizza shop in town, but our pizza is the best. And if you are not 100% satisfied with every order, let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you.

Owner and pizza lover Guido "Papa" Anastasia opened Papa's Pizza, Pasta & Subs in North San Diego County, with a vision of creating the best pizza. Guido grew up making pizza with his parents, David and Evelyn, who are legendary pizza chef's. Soon after graduating high school, Guido began traveling the world and sampling the worlds pizza recipes. Guido found his way to Southern Italy and spent the next two years perfecting his pizza's.
